Valerie's top and jewelry she purchased at CC that night.
Our friend Amy, recently organized an after hours party at Charming Charlie at Polaris Mall. She needed a minimum of 35 people in order to hold the event and wound up having 60 people. For those of you that are not familiar with Charming Charlie, it is an accessory/clothing store-they organize displays around the store by color and matching accessories that go with it. The store also provided light snacks, Starbucks coffee and cake. Also, everyone was also entitled to a 20% discount for their entire purchase! Can I just tell you how nice it to shop with your friends and no kids??? Also, you have your friends there to give you opinions of what you are trying on--I mean they wouldn't lie to you would they??
We tried on clothes, ran into other people that we hadn't seen in awhile, and of course spend some $$ that night. Amongst our group, people averaged $40 per person. Most of their tops are adorned with faux jewels so it is perfect place to get special occasion tops or jewlery. Everyone walked out as a happy person and it was a fun way to spend an evening with the girls! The only downfall was that Amy didn't get any gift card or further discount on her purchases as a result of bringing all of us to Charming Charlie. SMAC Approved!
